Why should our dogs miss out on the delight that is chocolate! Probably the easiest elevated dog treat you could make! Definitely a special treat made possible with special dog safe chocolate from Rosewood.
Ingredients
🍓Strawberries! Washed & trimmed
🍓Dog safe chocolate (we love Rosewoods Choc Drops)
🍓Topping - we've topped with a little plain freeze-dried raspberry but you could use any dog safe treat!
Equipment
- Hob
- Large saucepan
- Heatproof measuring jug (that fits inside your saucepan)
- Wooden spoon
Method
- Heat water in your saucepan until it's gently simmering.
- Place your chocolate drops into the measuring jug, and put the jug into the saucepan of water so that the water just surrounds your chocolate.
- Gently stir the chocolate in the jug until melted.
- Spread your melted chocolate on your strawberries and sprinkle with your topping of choice!
- Allow to cool fully before treating your pup.
